Your Makau balance resets every year. Your Makau earned in your qualifying period qualifies you into Cruiser, Voyager or Wayfinder status.
The date of the reset may vary between members, since the qualifying 12-month period is based on your date of enrollment in the program.
If you want to know your unique qualifying period, log in to your account (through “Sign In” in upper right hand corner of the website) and visit the “Holoholo Club" tab.
