How do I submit a warranty claim?

If your sandals or shoes are covered under warranty, please send us a message along with all of the details below.

1. Order number if ordered from our website
2. Photo of the style information printed on the bottom of the strap or inside the shoe. Please provide this even if it is illegible. Example:
   • VC 01/20
   • 10443-PVPV
   • LAE‘AHI
   • US M10.5 EUR 43.5
3. Style name, color, and size
4. Photo of the defect
5. Approximate date of purchase (month and year)
6. Shipping address (Canada Address Only)
7. Phone number
